SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING :

All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days unless stated otherwise. There is a Standard rate of AUD 9.95 and an Express rate of AUD 14.95.
Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas and 5-10 business days for delivery to regional areas within Australia.

EXPRESS SHIPPING ( ONLY AVAILABLE FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS ) :

Please select the option Express Shipping at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS :

We ship worldwide! There is a flat rate of AUD 30.00 for the rest of the world ( Express shipping not available for international orders ). Please allow from 14 to 28 days for delivery. 
International orders may be subject to an additional customs fee on arrival at your local post office. Any additional shipping charges will be at the expense of the recipient.

GIFT ORDERS :

There is a note section on your Cart page. Please specify that your order is a gift and let us know the recipient’s name and email. We can address that on our handwritten note along with the gift ( not available for digital gift cards ). Please be sure of the recipient’s name and address in the shipping address during the checkout.
